I was quite excited about applying for UP PCS. I
went to Post Office to purchase the form only to learn that the forms are
running out of stock. I kept on enquiring its availability for the next 3-4 days.
Then I went to a local book store, much to my amaze the forms were available
there aplenty. Off course with a convenience charge of Rs 50 over its actual
price. I wondered, whether a candidate would not attempt to recover that extra Rs
50 by illegal means after getting selected?
